yeah it is but I can't afford a new one so I'll live with it. Also i just loaded it again and dropped another 30 seconds off

I'm using a i3-3240 CPU, 512 Gb hard drive and 8gbs of ram. I have RO and most of the suggested mods excluding Nerteas mods and TAC life support. I also RP-1 and Kerbalism running with their recommended mods. And yes i have a decently stable/smooth running build once it gets running.
Edit: According to CKAN there are 83 mods installed

Without: Loading Systems: Elapsed time is 1473.507s
With (first load): Loading Systems: Elapsed time is 857.4781s
Second loading with it: Loading Systems: Elapsed time is 767.0156s
I'm very impressed nearly a 50% decrease in the loading time for a very heavily modded install

I am trying code a patch that will adjust crew r&r's recovery time when a kerbal experiences health issues due to kerbalism. I know that need c# to write the plugin but am lost as to where I should start.
I should add that I am still learning C# so I am not super knowledgeable about it.

Utilis, providing custom part modules, like centrifuges. Mother is a big project comparable in size to B9 or Near Future. The mod is being
released in blocks. Here's what that looks like.Block 1 - Launch Hardware (Single resource tanks, Bipropellant fuel tanks, first/second stage M1 engines, decouplers, engine adapters, and size 4/6 fairings)
Block 2 - Couplers (radial decouplers and docking ports)
Block 3 - Trusses
Block 4 - DA 42 Command Pod
Block 5 - Truss Adapters
Block 6 - Powerplant (solar panels and small fusion reactor)
Block 7 - SAS and RCS
Block 8 - Electrical (fuel cells, capacitors, and lights)
Block 9 - Radiators
Block 10 - Deep Space Engines (ion thrusters and fusion engine)
Block 11 - Storage (rocket part containers, food containers, cargo bays, KIS containers)
Block 12 - Manufacturing Module
Block 13 - Docking Bays
Block 14 - Habs
Block 15 - Centrifuges
At this time Block 1 is nearing completion and so I will need beta testers/cfg wranglers and people to make MM patches. Block 1 focuses on launch vehicles, so the most pressing concerns are:
- KSPIE compatible fuel tank patches using MM and IFS.
- Adding SmokeScreen configs for better particle effects for rcs, M1 sea level engine, and M1 vacuum engine.
- Kerbalism resource tank patches using MM and IFS.
- Play testing.

@DarkOwl_ But if you are going to try then youll need to step up your game as The Last Unicorn an average chapter length of 23,000 words.

Hmm i had installed everything from ckan so i guess something on the mk2 and sxt ckan entries aren't up to date but that's ok and i got it fixed. Thanks for helping me out!!
