Is there a Shuttle launch pad mod to go with this? (I've already tried Modular Launch Pads but it's too big and Tweakscale doesn't work with it)

I'm going to build a reusable ship to go to Jool and back, that has to have the ability to reenter LKO. My current design I'm working on has about 10,000 m/s and I'm wondering if that's enough for the mission it'll have to undertake.

In my Youtube series "Operation Minmus Landing" I sent the lander into low Minmus orbit the docked the return vehicle to it but it wouldn't even show the option to undock the the lander, does anyone know a solution to this (that doesn't involve destroying the docking ports)? here's a picture of the two joint spacecraft in minmus orbit with no option of undocking on either of the docking ports: https://imgur.com/9Axfe3G

landed a probe called victory on eve, undershoot and landed in the ocean but luckily the bottom heat shield acted as ballast.

taurus (left) and vulture (right) have docked at in low minmus orbit for my first ever landing on the mint planet in just a few days!

Here it is at about 90k on its way down after the de-orbit burn.
I over flew KSC at around 23K and turned it around to line up with the runway, but I could never get the approach stabilized so I did a flyby of KSC almost out of fuel:
It was really hard to fly this thing low & slow just using the keyboard (I've never been any good at actually flying in KSP) but I did land it intact! I think I need to joystick for this.
Sorry all this happened in the dark; I hate night screenshots too!

We need an Eve revamp in 1.11.
