Got a comnet with complete coverage on Eeloo and planet is inspected. Im ready for the spacestation insertion. On jool system i use 14 xl solarpanels (bit overkill) , what is needed for eeloo to run 1 science module at furtest distance from sun. Ill add a lander and a ore craft aswell.

not possible to view photos. Step 1 match inclination. The craft behind in orbit must have a smaller orbit to speed up , and if you want to control the one that if forward in orbit , make its orbit bigger to slow down

Does rcs thrusters work inside service bay (how many)? Its pretty full in there. Com ? commander ? There is a small 16-s on lander and a planned hg55 on my transferstage. There is a small reaction wheel inside service bay aswell PB nuk inside siencejr.

Ill try this one. Any toughs ? Swapped the sience jr and service bay after a slight misshappen in reentry of kerbin

your fist stage is only boosters , you will need an engine to fire aswell for controls. its way to difficult for control. Does the rocked woble during launch ? , add more struts.

Ofc , i reverted the landing. Removed most of the fuel and just landed it as a Science project.

So my first laythe lander failed bigtime. 3 spark vac engines and 1 terrier 3600dV in vac , barly came up to 35000 meters. I know this is a engine issue , and i can just swap it for a reliant/swivel engine. But is the lander better to be a spaceship or just i just fumble with the rapier engine? A photo of laythe lander you use would be great. I need a simple craft for 1 person to land collect science and dock with space station in orbit.

Lab had only 300 data left. All the collection data was new. Must be a bug or something Why do i get science from it if i transmit it then , even you state it used?

Problem is that the science is new and it will not load , states that the science lab already got this. Last landing i was on a new spot so im sure its not "old" data. Hooked up another lab, and it loaded all the unusable data. What is wrong ?

Could not find a way to easy put on 6 satelites , but i managed 5. This operation will take some years to complete. Ended up with this Altitudes 47 500 000 000 (to avoid Dres) Injection 59 845 727 356,8 and 276dV on the injection itself. From kerbin to those altitudes you need close to 4000dV Had to put the orbit outside Dres since the furthes distance to eeloo is marginal inside of dres.

So , i got a working comnet on all planets. But the signal strength from jool and eeloo are abit weak to kerbin Im looking for a good kerbol altitude to improve this and , how many sattelittes do i need in this orbit. I had an idea og 50gM (just outside dres) 4 satellites and and 50gM to 66.123gM as the injection to correct 4 sattelite setup.

So spacestation and lander is on its way to laythe. How can i refuel this , looking for a good solution. I have a spacestation , refuelers , ore at pol , medium grabber 5000dV Should i land at Laythe , produce fuel the rendezvous with space station. Or refuel at pol , transfer the fuel to laythe ? Or build a huge grabber with a Kerbodyne S3-14400 Tank & Rhino / Vector ?

Ill try to be more spesific. My 2 big relays , what kind of orbit , polar , equatorial , eccentric do they need to have on jool to get good coverage and not crash into other moons. ap and pe altitudes would be great. I have comnet on dres duna eve moho eeloo.

So , im on my way to jool. My first polar jool comnet crashed into laythe. This is the setup i use on duna with excellent coverage. Big relays on polar , small relays on equatorial evenly spaced. Any ideas for jool? I have 1 ship with 2 big relays inbound with alot of dV to manuver on jool. Then 4 ships with 3 small relays ( one for pol as my spacestation and refueling will be here)

Interplanetary speed , think i saw 9000ms at jool burn Im 14 days out of jools periaps. (can warp back but since i have many ships its a lot of extra work) got 2000dV sience/relay sattelite with no heatshield. I manage to catch jools orbit via areobrake and burn. But i always end up with to little dV left to manuver. I see some talk about gravity assist to brake but i cant find the correct one. How do i brake in jools system without using up all dV ? Does not matter if i end up on any other planet.
