Wildman Rocketry

When I download usi life support or MKS the mechanics show up when I load the game but the parts do not. Am I doing something wrong?

I downloaded and reinstalled GPP textures pack I checked and made sure it was version 2.0.0 however the infinite loading screen persisted

I tried using this mod pack I followed the instructions but when I try to start a game with the mod on it gets stuck at the loading screen. This is a picture of my game data folder I hope you can see it well enough. My computer is running windows 10 64 bit. It has a gtx 1050ti and a pentium g4560. Please Help
