    on that note gonna share what I ended up trying, I changed the GN core to be be named 'Core' Instead of 'Sun' and changed all stars orbit reference to 'Core' as well. what this ended up doing, is placing the Core as the center of the universe, with all stars orbiting the core in a circular orbit; including the orbit lines(this killed my fps in the tracking station HAHA!!..but really not what I was expecting(I was expecting it to look the same just with a different name or just have it break kopernicus lol). As far as I know...normally solar systems orbit the core but have invisible orbit lines, True or false? or do they kinda just...float there..

    And it didnt fix the Solar panel issue..blast! I read Kopernicus rolled out a fix for solar panels trying to use multiple light sources, so im kinda confused why im having this problem to begin with..Its probably beyond my understanding to find a fix...but ill keep trying here n there. Im now thinking it may be a part issue, can you assign lightsource parameters to a solar panel?...if that makes any kind of sense

    This is really the only thing holding me back from playing with GN, if I cant seem to find a fix, Ill just have to wait for this pack to be released(best pack ive seen personally :wink: ) and play standalone or tied with GPP Secondary *patiently staring at calendar*

    What I did was rename the new sun Kerbol to make it easier.

    Than changed the scatterer config to have kerbol instead of sun for all of the planets that need it.

    Yes

    change sun to whatever star you need

    I did it with Gameslinx’s Planet Overhaul and moved the planets to be around my own custom  stars

    Editing Scatterer takes a long time to do

    GN has many problems that I hope are fixed in the future.

    I have a fix for scatterer for GN

    go into the scatterer folder and open the file called ‘planet list’

    go To the bottom of one of the planets config and replace sun with the name of the star

    Thanks, I am working on a big career mod save that includes the interstellar mod. I have made my own star system by making my own stars and editing GPO to move the planets around the star, while also using mods like extrasolar. But I felt like that it wasn't enough so I have been looking for more planet mods that have scatterer and eve. Take your time with this mod, I can't wait, this will be the best planet pack since GPP.

    If not, could there be one in the next update after release.

     

    BTW, the scatterer files are not working in your Planet Cyran mod for me. Is there a fix for it

    I have reinstalled scatterer and Cyran but it didn’t work

    Mod is great, I am happy to know that that is the case

    I still don't feel satisfied, so I will lower it in the config files for my own personal use.

  9. Does anyone know how to make planets that work

    I have tried many tutorials but most failed

    the rest partially failed 

    I once had success but the planet was completely flat and I don’t know why (yes I had a height map)

    Ergo, I will be resuming work then. As for the status - I am indeed reworking the scatterer configs. Some in fact work pretty well now! Besides that, I have yet to finish the biome maps and science definitions, and this is going to take a while.

    i want only two things

    1. To leave some suggestions 

    2. To learn how to use kopernicus 

    every time I try to make a rocky planet

    i get the message at the front screen about the planets not working

    I can do stars

    I only have trouble with making rocky planets

    kopernicus examples doesn’t work so I was hoping for a way to do it that doesn’t break my game

    I‘m trying to make planets myself to solve this problem but it never works, does anyone here have a config file that will work for all planets (rocky planets and gas planets, I know how to do stars.) and kopernicus examples doesn’t work

    Yes allow me to shell out another 6 months of my life to add another mod which I won't find any enjoyment in making. KSS ( @StarCrusher96) and GN ( @Sigma88) exist for this reason alone. 

    If you want other stars around stock KSP, check out @AndrewDrawsPrettyPictures's Extrasolar mod.

    first, I only wanted to suggest a mod that doesn’t replace the stock system like kss and has scatterer configs unlike GN

    second, I Didn’t know it would take so long.

    I angered star crusher when I asked him to make an option to let the kerbol system be the stock system.

    I just wanted to leave a comment and get a contingency file that will work for making kopernicus planets that I can actually stand on. 

    Sorry if I made you angry but I wanted to suggest features and get a proper confit file for kopernicus that will work.

    I have done it with stock parts.

    It was a long journey, but it is possible.

     

    BTW, do you have a config file example for planets with kopernicus. Like Gas planets, Rocky planets, Planets with Atmospheres/Oceans (I know how to do stars) I'm trying to make a planet mod myself but I never have success with rocky planets, I rarely have success with gas planets.

  15. What happened to the Olei-Gaia folder

    I liked playing with kerbin

    but when I remove the Gaia config file, I get the (kopernicus is not working message) at the front screen.

    Can you find a way to fix this.

    I also have some suggestions.

    1. Make an option to make Gaia a different planet and Kerbin the home world

    2. Make an option to make Olu'um a gas giant (I don't like that Olu'um is a sub star.)

    3. Make an option to put The planets around a different star (I did this in my own time myself so it should work)

    4. More Planets.

     

    Also, can you make a mod like kerbal galaxy with stars, exo-planets/moons, black holes, a Super massive black hole, rouge planets, orbiting dwarf galaxies you know, the who sha bang.
