    1.11.2 Vanilla install, no mods. Scatterer doesn't work anymore (at all). Same problem as Emilius.

    All SpaceY fuel tanks only have a single snap point in 1.3.1 at least on my system. It does show the centering ball out on what would be the second snap point but can't attach anything. Have tried with brand new saves and different parts but no difference.

    On a brief testing the dev build apparently has solved the EC bug for me, in specific I had a mission on quicksave with the old TAC that had the bug and the same one with the dev build didn't.
