does it work with ssrss

I've installed mechjeb. The first time i used ascent guidance it worked perfectly. But then all the other times when the rocket leaves the atmosphere it warps time 2x then stops the warp. then autopilot is disengaged. PLEASE HELP. mechjeb version 2.7.0.0

i again got only struts and flags

I've followed all the steps correctly even launching it asked me if i needed notifications for newer versions. But when i enter game there is no new parts. It even shows the flags.
