Hello, I have a dumb question but I'm playing in the ps4 enhanced edition and looking to make a nice space plane. My problem is can't I find the Mk3 Cargo Bay on the tech tree. I looked it up but cant find it. Can someone verify that it is or is not there? I feel like I'm losing my mind.
