I have the latest version of KSPIE installed properly according to the guide. nothing else was mentioned about dependencies, cannot find the base version. tried searching the forum

I just installed interstellar mod because I was bored with vanilla, but now that I've installed it I seem to be missing the bottom branch of the tech tree from "recycling" and "Storage technology" onward. Are they placeholders or are they supposed to be there? Thanks for your help
