Thank you for taking the time to help me out I'm super new to PC gaming. Is there a good PC that you would recommend for under 1,000 dollars?

I have a small gaming laptop right now and as soon as I added stock visual enhancements the game slowed down. I plan on buying my first pre built gaming pc but I don't want to spend all this money and have the same problem.
