Info_Please

I cannot right-click on the basic capsule and see the dialog box that allows me to select a pilot report. Right clicking on a science goo package doesn't open its dialog box. Am I doing something wrong because the procedure for doing this has changed in the newer versions of this program. I'm trying to get going.
