  1. The Earth UHD Download link is corrupt. When I try to unzip it, Windows gives an error for both files.
  2. I've got an issue when I start up with B9Partswitch errors. KSP LOG Download I have the dependencies, the SOCK buran parts are in the SOCK folder in GameData. I also have SOCK repainted and recolored.
  3. Used the latest version today, and the Solar Trusses still cause the out of control pitching. I tested with an Apollo CSM as the cargo, and that got to orbit no problem. I believe a custom drag cube needs to be set up in the config for the Shuttle C cargo parts to occlude everything , including the solar trusses. In Benjee's Sock Shuttle, the cargo section has a custom drag cube declared, which lead me to believe this is the solution.
  4. @Invaderchaos Have you had a chance to test the Shuttle C with a Habtech 2 Solar Truss? During launch when it has gained enough speed, it should start pitching up out of control.
  5. Problem solved. I had downloaded Habtech 2 from space dock when re-installing KSP and that's when the issues came up for this save. I then replaced Habtech 2 with a download from the github repository and that fixed things.
  6. Yeah that threw me off. I checked and I was controlling from the docking port and targeting the proper docking port.
  7. Using Mechjeb 2.14.3.0 (not dev), I've encountered a strange error. Link to KSP.log https://web.tresorit.com/l/f4DOA#c4VJ_L1OXiP1WMFLgI4hNQ Series of events: 1. Tried to get a truss segment to dock with the truss on my ISS. 2. Docking failed. 3. See that even though the docking ports are right next to each other, the game says they are 10 meters apart 4. Decide to take Bill out and detach docking port on station side and reattach 5. Error spams the debug log: The docking ports in question are 2 Habtech2 T-400 Truss Connection Mechanism (integrated type A) Keep in mind this docking port does dock with itself and already attached a truss segment on the other side. The one I reattached is:
  8. Hi, welcome to the forums! So the mod creators here are doing this all on their free time as hobbies not as jobs. This means they are free to take as long as they need to work on their hobby. Mod creators are under no obligation to deliver us these amazing mods, it's completely under their good will.
  9. Has Cobalt's lizard given this the MLEM seal of approval?
  10. As far as I know, Kats is on hiatus. It's like herding cats! *ba dum tsss!* Anyway, it's SOCK with the "unfinished" Buran parts provided with the mod, and texture options for the wings and payload bay from: https://github.com/cmdrads/RussianOrbiter For Buran cockpit, I did have to use an MM patch to allow 10 crew maximum (My sources on the 10 crew max is sketchy, but I went with it) I also used Infernal Robitics Next to Kludge together an extending docking tunnel!
  11. So I always wondered why the Prop-F lander was never successful in KSP. Here I thought it was just a ball thing that landed and did some science, nothing spectacular. Welp, shamefully it took me this long to find out that the Prop-F was actually meant to hop around on Phobos! Now I understand why it never made it into KSP. Even with breaking ground robotics, I have a feeling there would be chaos... or just bugs a plenty. Very interesting lander design that never saw use in real life due to failures. But that Fobos Grunt looking kinda cute, not gonna lie.
  12. So with this comparison, looks like if you upscale the Soyuz, you have to upscale the Salyut/Mir/Rus ISS modules. And then the Soyuz rocket. And then the Proton. And maybe some of the payloads for each like Sputnik and the luna probes. And and and... Not sure how Beale feels, but I can see where a headache might start.
  13. A little oddity, the Zarya solar panels aren't in the github repo, only in the latest release on github.
