ok, I'll take a look.  Was this a totally clean install?

Also, are you running it native or under Wine (or another emulator)/

The log file says you are using the windows player

I'm running it under Wine, so maybe that's why the log file says Im using it on windows.

It's pretty much the same clean KSP I was using on Windows, it runs perfectly without mods and with all of them except for Toolbar/Toolbar Controller. The other mods work fine, except for the ones that are using Blizzy Toolbar UI for their pop up windows, compromising the text, leaving only the buttons as you can see in the video. But everything else, such as gameplay, rocket parts, mods like FAR or Kerbalism, are working fine.

ok, you need to be a bit more detailed.  Which toolbar, the stock toolbar or the Blizzy toolbar?

I looked at the log file, you don't have any other mods installed which would use either the ToolberController or the Blizzy Toolbar.

How can the problem persist if there aren't any mods installed?

This is a video showing up the issue I'm having, I recorded it on my OS.

Stock Toolbar does not has any problem. The mods using the Blizzy Toolbar are the ones affected, including the Blizzy configuration menu that let you choose wich toolbar is going to be dealing with each mod. So, for the problem happening, I don't need any other mod to be around except dependencies, because even in the Blizzy toolbar menu, the text on the pop up window is missing, just showing blank buttons, like it does with the other mods.

  4. Sorry.

I think this is the log file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/cumeu8n4ndzj7i6/Player.log?dl=0 from the files Wine manages for Windows apps.

Left the game with only the concerning mods and dependencies. The problem persist.

     ClickThroughBlocker                     0.1.10.17
     aaa_Toolbar                             1.8.0.7
     ToolbarControl                          0.1.9.6

  5. Hello! and thanks in advance for your work. I'm currently running Pop!_OS with KDE Plasma 21.10 (and updated) and running my old Windows' KSP 1.10.1 heavily modded through Wine (up to date). Every single mod works perfectly except for Toolbar and Toolbar_Controller. The game opens up, loads faster than ever and fine, but when I start playing, on the KSC view, every mod using Toolbar shows their menus without text, just the buttons, no text.  I'm new on Linux right now, every other instance of KSP works perfectly without Toolbar, other games I had tried are working good. Any headlights about this problem? Thank you!

  6. This is an idea for a mod, I don't know if something similar has been posted before on this forum. I think it would be cool if a mod allowed complex medical care for the Kerbals, where analogs to human diseases related to space travel were used. For example, effects of microgravity, radiation, injuries from falls, explosions, blows, etc., that influence kerbal parameters such as its speed of translation, jump, as well as its precision in SAS mode, not to mention the loss of life or the full ability to do anything. It could be related to other life support mods (like Kerbalism or TACLS), causing diseases derived from the lack of O2, food, water, CO2 poisoning, and so on. The mod could include medical specialists, medical bay modules, medical supplies (and ISRU for it), etc., especially for small planetary colonies and interplanetary / interstellar vehicles. What do you think about this?

  7. Hi everyone! I've been using KerbalContructionTime for a while now on a heavily moded ksp 1.11.1. No problem so far, when I recently realized that when you edit the ship with liquid fuel tanks only, once available in KCT and ready for take off, the ship comes out with liquid fuel and oxidant ... oxidant which is extra weight for an atomic engine. The problem occurs with KCT. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I would be very grateful for the help.

So, your buddy was 30 minutes late for class. And the teacher made him stay 30 minutes later. Your friend caused this, not the teacher. Your friend needs to learn time management and to make sure he's on time for every class. His teacher was taking punitive action the only way they can. Attendance for a certain number of educational hours is mandatory by law. And this is one way to compensate for it. The other way is to simply fail the student for not having the number of educational hours necessary to receive a passing grade. The teacher's actions demonstrate burnout and anger because they've heard all the lame excuses for students not being on time. And they know that they will be blamed by the student...

Well, this is Cuba. We may have a lot of bad things, but educational system isn't one of them. This measure is supported by the system. I found it extremely fair...

PD: We are in a Medical University. Not in a primary school. If so, it would be almost fascist.

I agree.  However the other day I left a station in low Mün orbit from a south docking port.  Over the course of the orbit through to the manouver node I time wrapped in map view then cancelled time warp.   The ship had orbited inside the station off rails, then came on rails...

    Hilarity ensued.

    Been there!

Yes, and unfortunately, MechJeb was not the cause of it. I simply forgot the altitude of my space station and tossed up a communications satellite at the exact same altitude but perpendicular to the equatorial orbiting space station. That was back in .18 though. Only happened once.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. It turned out that back then I was launching everything at 150 km altitude (just like now, but I´m not parking anything there), which surprisingly and ironically was the height of my orbital station.

I wouldn't consider myself a true amateur astronomer.

I have, however, managed to observe both a total solar and total lunar eclipse. The latter with my refracting telescope.

That sounds pretty "amateur astronomer" for me! Specially the refracting telescope. There are others, more tenacious observers, out there with just a good pair of binoculars. :)

Hi everyone, I'm playing KSP 1.9.1, heavly modded. Recently, the game started to freeze in the loading screen, at prelaunch, just after editing the vessel at VAB. Sometimes this happens, others it doesn't , only if I remove any mod, and load again the game, it doesn't freeze, but after I close it and open the game again, the problem happens. So I do the same, I remove another mod, restore the previous one, and it works again. What could it be? Thank you.

Hello! I'm sorry for the waiting. I've solve the problem, you guys were right about mods. Routine Mission Manager is the responsable.

Thank you all for the help!

I love observing, even though my location isn't the best. Dark skies, but humid air<_<.

Been there! Except for the fact that I must wait until 2 or 3 am for some dark skies. About the humid air... I live in a tropical country...

You should try (if you haven't alredy) to watch some globular clusters. They are pretty great for me to watch, even when weather conditions are not optimals.
