Difficult settings with min rep, sci, and founds

I don't know if anyone was playing this mod in career mode lately, but I found really game breaking bug. Missioin control Lvl 1: max contracts 2 (2 trivial, 1 significant, 0 exceptional) Mission control Lvl 2: max contracts 7 (2 trivial, 1 significant, 0 exceptional) - does not add up Can't progress because most contracts I need to get out of -900 reputation has 3 stars.

I have found the mod that's responsible for this behavior. It's KSPCommunityFixes. I was able to disable this part of the mod in the settings.cfg file by changing 2 variables form true to false.

With starting 25k money and max contract 2*, 1**, 0***, there is no way to do the first contract to Do Some Science. To grind enough money to upgrade mission control building you will probably have to launch something, and this will make the first contract unobtainable. Solution: lower star rating of some starting Exploration Plus contracts or adjust max contract counts for lvl 1 mission control.

I have installed many mods and now I can't find what mod messed up my part config options. The problem is that it folds many options into different categories (control for authority settings, part etc.). This makes building a real pain, since there are many more clicks to perform same tasks as before. What mod causes it? Can this behavior only be disabled if the mod has other more interesting functions?

How do you make it visible. When I click resource icon on the top right I see default window. I have no fancy tabs on top like in the picture. There is also no button in toolbar config. Is there some sort of keyboard shortcut to change default to alternate?

And I was fighting with myself after the latest blog lecture for a few days now if I should play KSP again. LOL I guess the fate decided for me.

Hello, I have decided to give the new patch a go but Steam thinks my game is up to date but it is still 1.8. It is already a few days since 1.9 was released. Is there any way to fix it on my side? Thanks for help.
