X does not change the rate, only the value it changes if the option has more than one. For example, angle limits on robotic parts. If anyone knows how to change the rate, that would be awesome.

Is there a console edition feature for this? I found the option, without the cursor up, it is RB + Y on xbox. In this highlighting menu, x allows you to change the input change rate while the joystick modifies the slider by said rate.
