It has been adapted from an existing file for Stock KSP.
  2. Hi teylife. Of course I can give you some insights to help you understand the work to be done. We will do this in a private message to avoid polluting this thread. I suggest that you -if not already done- start with looking cfg files and the way the dds files are done with the help of the psd files located in my github repository. Make a list of questions. We will start on this basis.
  3. I had one Unity crash yesterday after playing the game for 3 houre. Can't tell whether it's related to the core of KSP or KSRSS/Kopernicus. I am playing with Kerbalism and Probe before Crew. I also installed the contract configurator. A mission to explore Minmus appeared. Do I have to disable the stock contracts before running a Career game? Did I miss something?
  4. Hi Topic. You may have followed the Texture Unlimited Recolor Depot activity these last few monthes. I now start a new recolouring project which obviously is Kerbalism. This is just the beginning, don't expect it to be finished in a few days. I will sometimes post screenshots to share some significant progress.
  5. Hi. I am trying to understand something. On the latest KSP release I have both TU and Kerbalism installed. I noticed there are side effects and about 6 parts of Kerbalism are automatically colored with a metallic shader.   6. Yes. I don't know as much as Manwith Noname but I can teach what I have learned to make recolor setups. However having GIMP/Photoshop basic skills for the basic tools is required, The major requirement is still having spare time and a huge motivation to contribute.
  7. I speak for myself and myself only. I will likely never make a patch for Restock. I consider there are many more important things to do first and see little interest in making hundreds of paint masks/specular textures for an already very satisfying mod. I have clearly not enough motivation to spend hundreds of hours in Restock/+ regarding the number of part to process. I am much more interested in: giving a hand in revisiting the stock parts, some of them are not [fully] recolorizable (batteries, cupola, MK2 parts, some MK3 parts, engines like KS25, Reliant, Swivel, Nerv, Rhino) bringing a support to Kerbalism, KER, KOS, MJ. improving the work i've done / fixing my bugs training other people so that they could to the same work on other mods. And you? Are you willing to contribute and spend at least a couple of hours each night during several weeks/months?

  13. Could you please post a screen capture? I have spent weeks on TURD (but < v1.12.x) I did not notice that. That's a good question, but I can tell you that if it were, mine would be also. There is actually no sense for TURD-MH-BG to be available on CKAN while its dependency is not.
  14. I can confirm the latest TURD package is not compliant with 1.12.x. We will have to wait for @Manwith Noname's update. I also noticed that the s1p5 and s4 fairings have been forgotten in my TURD-MH-BG work. I will fix them this week.

  17. Today I released a patch for Texture Unlimited Recolor Depot (check the thread related to this mod). It allows to recolor MH and BG parts. Sample pics below.

The first production release of my recolouration work for Making History and Breaking Ground is now out! https://github.com/OnlyLightMatters/TURD-MH-BG/releases/tag/stable001 What it does covers Making History parts with giving them the It's all Shiny effect provided by TURD (*) covers Breaking ground parts including deployable instruments with giving them the It's all Shiny effect provided by TURD (**) bring recoloration to MH parts (*) bring recoloration to BG parts (*) except flags which are not supported in TURD (**) except deployable science instruments Known bugs the panels and triangles parts have a bug causing the lack of the ability to switch back to the default variant. You have to dump the part and pick it again from the inventory. This bug is known and also applies to the Rockomax X200 16. MH fairing have the same bugs than the stock ones. some errors and warnings in the KSP.log but with no effect on the gameplay What could be better Some textures could be better (the FL-C1000 Fuel Tank is a good example). Squad diffuse textures cause artefacts when using metallic recolouration. What will NOT be done I will very likely NOT make local recolouration masks for Deployable Science Instruments (Breaking Ground). They are not craft parts, there is little interest to make TU masks for them. Installation take a look at the README file at the root of the repo. 3 assets are provided for downloading. Pick either only MH package or BG package or you can have both DLCs in one file.

  22. Hi all. I have a warning about RealChutes when loading the game, being incompatible with Unity 2019.2.2f1. I have just built a fresh 1.10.1 installation with picking "RP1 express install" + KER in CKAN. I don't know whether it is related or not but I don't see any chute in my game, starting by the inline 0.30m one depicted in the RP1 Career Tutorial.
