  1. Lastkraftwagen, the German word for truck, often abbreviated to LKW (I feel like I might have already posted this here, but whatever. Still fun to say!)

Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, a town in Austria

Dijon, a town in France, and a kind of mustard.

  2. Just get a can of soup from the store and eat it at home. That should work, as long as the Kraken doesn't follow you home.

Waiter, there is a Scania R730 hauling a Liebherr LH60 in my soup! (I got a really big bowl of soup)

I'm finally back! I have been gone for a while, so I have 553 forum notifications now. I have been busy with Legos, ETS2, and also a little bit of KSP. Also just doing things around the house, and stuff like that.

  3. This song (Which I don't know the name of) is stuck in my head today, and is also one of my favorite.

Both videos use the music, but the second one has the added benefit of Kerbals.

It is suggested you play this at a high volume (subwoofers are definitely recommended, if you are not just listening to  it on your computer/phone)

  4. Anyone going to talk about the Liebherr LR 11350-P1800 "Frankencrane" at the SpaceX launch site?liebherr-lr-11350-working-position-londo

It's Liebherr's second largest crawler crane (Their first largest, also the world's largest conventional crawler crane, is the LR 13000. I think the largest unconventional or whatever crawler crane is either a Sany or XCMG-But that doesn't matter right now.)

Ahh, cranes are undeniably awesome. Even the smaller and non-Liebherr ones.

  5. Ride of the Valkyries.

Neither me, Weltenbauer Software Entwicklung GmbH (The creators of Construction  Simulator 3), nor Liebherr-Werk Ehingen GmbH condone driving like this in real life.

P.S. In real life, the crane would not travel with all that counterweight on the road, it would be transported separately.

  6. Here is a 3rd Rock From the Sun (Another good show. Definitely recommended) quote:

"Albert Einstein once said 'Die wissenschaftler errechnen damit dass sie eines tages eines (töricht?)abends eines ehrgeiz so das nicht mehr  ehrtag werden muss' Any thoughts on that? Anyone? -Dick Solomon

"Dr. Solomon, I think you were speaking German" - Karen (Student in Dr. Solomon's class; he is a physics teacher)

"Yes, German. Einstein spoke German" - Dick Solomon

  7. When I start KSP (through Steam) on Ubuntu, it says "KSP.x86_64 is not responding" and gives me the option to wait or force quit, and when I click wait it shows the same thing a couple of times, and after I click wait a few more times, it (KSP) starts to load. It appears to work fine until it gets to about "Expansion Loading Complete" , then it freezes up. The clock stops, I can't move the cursor, and I can't click anything. and I need to restart the computer to unfreeze it.

What do I do? And has anyone had any problems with mods on Linux KSP?

  8. I just installed Ubuntu Linux onto my computer, and so far I like it. It has much more of a GUI than I thought it would. I might switch primarily to Linux and not use Windows much/at all. I haven't been able to win a game of Solitare on the program that comes with Ubuntu yet though. :D

So far, I am having trouble with KSP on Linux, but I will keep trying. It keeps freezing after it finishes loading but before it goes to the start screen where it says "start game". I will save the details for the technical support section of the forum.
