What are you trying to accomplish? Deorbit? Use Landing Guidance instead.
I'm guessing Translatron is doing the best it can to kill your horizontal surface speed as you drop from orbit. You are essentially asking it to hover over a point an spinning ball as you come down.
Using in this altitude for testing, only. I use translatron when making fine adjustment, thats why im liquided off, its aruining thousands of landings because sometimes it works the kill horizontal speed and sometimes not! just cut off the engines when i press.

But no reaction wheels, i keep spinning like a star. How it should be correctly used in stock ksp?

If you mean the plain EVE configs they're easily accessible through this website or the mod manager but you have to uninstall AVP.

They also appear red during the daytime on the main menu but that's fixed once in-game. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Yep, now on 1.10. After using the docking cam you change the camera view and the text of docking infos keep on screen

After docking with cam, got some buggy cam...

Im not entirely sure. Plume party has two components
1) provides plume models for people to use in their own mods
2) configs to replace the plumes for stock.
The second part could potentially clash, not 100% sure. In which case you should remove the configs folder inside PlumeParty.
I believe the version of plume party typically bundled with other mods such as Knes usually dont have the configs folder anyway.
If you are installing PlumeParty on its own, there is no need to install it since stock parts will be covered by realplume.
If you are installing it because its a dependency for another mod, then removing the configs folder should solve any potential conflicts. Its still important to have PlumeParty in this case since the effects might be used in the mods engines not covered by realplume or even for rcs plumes.
I`ll try again! All i know is: when i installed RELIGHT for the engines, that problem occured. But i removed it and is gone...
After some time, it happened again but now without de relight engines.
I`ll make couple of tries here and i`ll be back

I`m not sure if this glitch is caused by real plume.
I use astronomer pack and other addons, if necessary i can provide the log file.

In this mod is possbile to do an automatic anex fairing? for eg; put 2 or 3 satelites sequentialy and the structure is automaticly inserted by the mod? just like vanilla
