I actually also just posted my own inquiry about this, I'm glad to know that I am not the only one experiencing this, but sad that there has been no update on how to fix it I hope in an upcoming patch it can be fixed as it can really disrupt the whole flow of the game.

Shadow Flickering Problem

Recently when playing KSP, I have been having this very frustrating problem. I am really not sure how to fix it and if anyone has any suggestions I would be really grateful. (This also only happens in KSP so I am 100% sure that my graphics card isn't a problem, it is a GTX 1060) Thank you Video of the problem
