What is your most facepalm-worthy moment regarding KSP?

Landing Jeb on Eve but the ship becomes uncontrollable after take off, and Jeb is stuck Eve is unforgiving … -
I finally finished my stock replica of the ISS. I wanted to do this since I started playing KSP in 2016. I started trying to build it in 2019. The first version was incredibly ugly, the second was too big and looked rough compared to the real thing so I didn't even bother to finish it. There you see the latest (definitive) iteration and tbh I'm happy with the end result.

THE MOST VISITED AND THE LESS VISITED

Personally, I've only been to Moho twice in three years (I only play KSP once a month). I find it really frustrating to go there, especially if you're not using nuclear propulsion. The surface of Moho is very flat and the overall landscape is a little too dull for my taste. Dres isn't much better but it has some nice canyons, and getting there is relatively easy by comparison, at least for me. -
When I can't find a name for a craft I use this website: https://www.dcode.fr/acronym-generator

What/who introduced you into Ksp?

Wikipedia Back in 2016. I was reading Orbiter's Wiki page and at the bottom it mentioned KSP as a similar game. I bought it but my PC at the time was not powerful enough to run the game properly. I still managed to launch my first rocket without killing anyone lol Now I'm playing the Xbox One version. -
That's the first satelite of Jool that I fully explored actually. I think it's one of the easiest destinations to reach in the Joolian system.

My first mission to Moho was and remains the thing I had the most difficulty completing in KSP. Poor Val was stranded for 30 years there. I finally found a rescue ship design that had just-enough delta-V to come back but landed it 11km from Val. I walked her all the way and it took a long time.

Ah yes you're so right. Sometimes they are useful to absorb landing force during hard landings but in low gravity environments they are pretty much useless.
