i'm Missing "EC" on somes bases don't know what is it - but for the guy still in tourist, supplies and EC is green .. they are still Tourist (should be engineer and scientific But i haven't reload my game yet

Thx RoverDude - they'll have Water indeed I've got an issue as my Kerbal ran out of supplies and became Tourist. After resupply - they are still "Tourist" and don't want to go back to work ? Do I need to send an office manager ?

Do we need water for supplies ? (it's heavy lol)
