I was able to replicate the issue until i reinstalled KSP,, might have been something unique to a broken install on my end or something

I knew it was a long shot but i was hoping and praying that somehow this mod would work in 1.11, but after testing I get this same bug. No vessel connectivity; only KSC connectivity. Kerbals will also refuse to take anything but a parachute with them lol.

False alarm then. I wasn't aware it was a pre-release version, sorry!

The latest version of this mod i can find listed on CKAN is 1.5.16 for some reason. I have no problem doing manual installations. I just don't know if you forgot or if you're not supporting CKAN anymore.
