* At 620 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 11 miles north of Crossville, or near
  Rinnie, moving north at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

ok after looking into it i have found a possible cause: ksp wan trying to find TechTree.cfg in he reascources folder but TechTree.cfg was just chilling in the squad folder not in any speific folder. the NRE is the game trying to load the techtree and failing. i have put Techtree.cfg back and it works!
