Ok,i discorvered the source of the problem,GEAlite.I got rid of it and water's back but a there is still a lots of weird bugs with my install (waterfall is not on it anymore) Can it be module manager because the mods works on 3 different versions?

There is absolutely no difference but a mod I installed called near future electrics.but I decided to get rid of all my mods and the problem was solved. I then tried to reinstall 2 of my mods,waterfall and GEA lite and the problem is still going on

yes,that is what is weird

I uploaded some mods and since the,my games's water is not displaying anymore,but on my other computer theses mods works just fine

I tried to Install tweak scale but then I tried with Interstellar extended and it worked but there are empty places in my tech tree

Each time I open ksp with my mods,the loading screen says that module manager applied the patches but No changes are made to the game
