    So, do I need to read the delta V at atmo or vacuum level or about halfway? Because, the delta V almost doubles when switching to vacuum from atmo level.

    I am a newbie on 1.11, just completed my Mun flyby and I currently have 112 science. I have unlocked everything in the 4th level of the science tree minus stability and I want to ask which technology would I research on?
