First thing i'll do in KSP 2 is build a Catapult and shoot all the offspring into space if they are .

Been while PC Upgrades anyhow , some new stuff .

Slightly Upgraded my PC , just in case KSP 2 appears this year , so I now have............ i7-12700K , its roughly 50% faster Single core wise , Samsung 980 NVME Pro 2TB , Rog Strix Z690-A Gaming Wifi D4 , Fractal Torrent PC Case . Used my GTX 1080ti with water cooling , my H150i CPU cooler now fits the LGA 1700 CPU thanks to Corsair sending me 4 new stand offs , they say it doesnt fit , but it does average temps are 29c , Corsair 850i Power Supply , 2 x 2TB SSD's and the 32 GB Ram from my old build . Oh and added 9 120mm and 2 140mm Noctua fans All going well so far :-)

Well colour me happy , them stand off replacements turned up from Corsair two days early so............. According to Corsair they only fit the Elite Series where as I have the 150i Pro , hmm ok lets fit em and test for the sake of it as i can't see any difference in the Elite Pump setup . Guess what at idle my PC is sitting at 28-31c . so all ok . Finally got too bed at 6am this morning , jeez this PC building lark is hard work at my age I think I need better glasses . Anyhow i've added a 980 PRO NVME thingy to my pc so I know have 6TB of space to fill and Windoze 11 ......... jeez this is a pig to set up , working my way through the " Windows has done this for you " er no thanks , i'll set it up myself . 12700K CPU - tested it in Cinebench 23 Single Core speed was up by ...................50% , went from 1242 on my OC 9700K to 1893 on my Non OC 12700K , so i'm happy I may not OC this one ( yer right ) . Just waiting now on 3 new Fans to replace the stock ones that came with the case as them 140mm ones are a bit loud . No Pictures it's aPC inside a Case with no Windows or Pretty lights to look at

I'm using the latest version of KK with its dependencies in KSP Ver 1.12.3 . The interface and everything works fine . There is one slight issue though , when I reload the game the items I have placed end up above the ground ? Like so Any ideas ?

So yesterday the Motherboard : Rog Strix Z690-A Gaming WiFi and the i7-12700k turned up . 8am this morning , which has never happened here to me in 14 years the DPD truck turned up with the Fractal Torrent PC Case . I'm used to stuff arriving here by around 2-3pm so was having a lay in lmao . Just got to wait now ( grrrrrrrrrrrr...) as them 4 little swop out CPU Mounting screws from Corsair are being shipped from..............The USA to England , so yer Monday next week at the earliest Anyhow a Pic

Current Specs i7-9700k GTX 1080Ti 32GB DDR4 Ram ........................ Future Specs i7-12700k EVGA 3070 ( maybe a Ti , If I can bite the bullet and sell my kidneys ) 32 GB DDR4 Ram ................... Interim Specs i7-12700k New Motherboard due the LGA 1700 Socket Same old Watercooled GTX 1080ti ( See 3070 above lmao ) 32 GB DDR4Ram This will be my setup within a few weeks , just waiting on the LGA MB conversion stuff from Corsair so i can use my current H150i Cooler on the new CPU . It's actually just 4 New Stand Off posts for the cooler with a 1mm difference . Also bought a New PC Case a Fractal Torrent , the solid one without the window , more into Go than Show regarding PC Specs . 5th Personel build for myself over the last 10 years or so and first proper upgrade in about 3 years . Not going to go nuts on the OC just a steady and safe 5GHz OC , same as my current 9700k runs , but the 12700k has way better single core peformance anyhow . Looked at DDR5 stuff and OMG how much.....!!!??? so nope .

Gotta say I still love this Venture Inspired Mod so much , had to leave it alone for a while as i struggled with the docking , RCS issues mostly . Anyhow after messing about with a few things to sort out my way of flying crafts it's all good and now it's my main go to craft for slinging Kerbals and other things into orbit . But i'm playing RSS ...!!! now , hmm ok I have a cunning plan . Got the idea from of all things a silly one to stack 3 crafts on top of each other to get them into orbit , and return all 3 as well . Not got that far yet ..........but hey it's a start

Stock Mobile LaunchPad from KSP , if you KK you'll have the pad , then you just rescale it .

Installed the latest JRsULitmatePack ............and well .............

Leaving the big house to find new planets , then grab them and claim them before those other lot turn up .
