There're a lot of ksp gaming videos out there. But currently the game is not quiet friendly to one who wants to create a ksp cinematic effect video.
The reasons are:
It requires an expensive hardware to render high quality videos.
To achieve the purpose, we need UI frame and mouse hidding, smooth camera movement and smooth switching between cameras. However the game only provides UI hidding.
I think it would be great if the game comes with a cinematic editor.
Here's how it works:
We play the game, and the game records the necessary data to render the whole scene.
The data is stored, and then we can open it in editor mode.
The editor re-renders the scene and provides camera tools to setup cinematic effect.
The original game data + camera tools setup as the input, and the editor will render very high quailty videos off screen.
