  1. i think this is already a gameplay "thing to do", i personally used an asteroid in ksp for refuelling my big vessel along big journey to jool, and maybe in ksp 2 will be usefull for space stations around ring-planets like Glumo or Gurdama
  2. I don't think it's Puff, because the colors don't match much. who knows... I'm briefly worried that at the end of the video there was no release date, but not even a "coming in 2022". I hope I'm wrong. moreover, not knowing where they are in development really leaves me with a weight inside that will only be lifted when the game is released. or I could lift it with more Boosters ... mh ...
  3. That Is AMAZING. Well well done. I'm still a bit sad for not having a release date, but shhhh
  4. maybe we can get some video today, is the last friday of January!
  5. In the first KSP there were not many options if I wanted big tanks with only liquid oxygen, it would be interesting if they made all tanks dynamic, so that you can choose diameter, height and type of fuel. Obviously the orion engine will have different tanks due to the different type of fuel that is solid, and also other engines that will need specific types of fuel that is not liquid will have a separate tank type.
  6. In the "Kerbal Space Program 2: Episode 4 - Celestial Architecting" video, at the beginning Tom Vinita describes a planet with one face completely frozen and the other completely desert, and oceans in between, which from now on for convenience I will call the " two-face planet ". This planet suggests that the desert side is tidally locked on its own star, as the Moon do with Earth. I remember some years ago I saw an episode of Ben 10 where they went to a planet called Mikd'lty which exactly matches the description of the two-sided planet (Wiki link: Mikd'lty | Ben 10 Wiki | Fandom ). However something is wrong, in the video you can clearly see the icy face being exposed to the light of a star, is it possible that this planet is subjected to the light of two stars at the same time (a Binary star sistem)? maybe one close enough to allow the desertification of one side, and the other not so close to not allow de-icing the face, but still lighting it? Or maybe the desert side is exposed to tidal forces like Rask and Rusk? In this case the two-face planet needs another planet or moon. Or maybe the ligth on the icy face is only for asset review (like the video of Ovin). What do you guys think?
  7. I really don't know... we don't have enough information for any certain assumptions. I Hope for a video next Friday, but at this point who know?
  8. day 5: I think I'm going crazy, I see boosters where there aren't any.
  9. Maybe a video about colony, or about the multiplayer, who knows...
  10. I don't think ksp will be released on mobile, because it has too many commands that on mobile I have no idea how they can be adapted, even if it were it would be ksp 1 and not ksp 2. however note the "Opportunity".
  11. or perhaps, it could be made of caramelized ice cream!
  12. I think it depends on the nature of the kerbal themselves, are they plants or not? if they were we could see little kerbal just sprouted. However, children in general are difficult to be seen in videogames with so many possible actions, I don't say is like putting children in GTA, but in a game where you crash rockets even on colony, it's not the best if you do it on children.
  13. i've made a topic talking about rover: I hope the physics of rovers will be revisited in KSP 2
  14. here in Italy there is a videogame newspaper that says that KSP 2 will be released in spring 2022, but i'm not sure about where they find this info. here the article: Kerbal Space Program 2, anteprima - Multiplayer.it at the bottom of the article they says: Kerbal Space Program 2 arriverà nella primavera del 2022 su PC e, per la prima volta contemporaneamente, anche su console (PS4 e Xbox One, come PS5 e Xbox Series XS). Buone notizie anche per il primo gioco che debutterà presto in una versione rinnovata sulla nextgen Sony e Microsoft, e tra poche riceverà il suo ultimo aggiornamento intitolato "On Final Approach". translated: Kerbal Space Program 2 will arrive in the spring of 2022 on PC and, for the first time at the same time, also on consoles (PS4 and Xbox One, such as PS5 and Xbox Series XS). Good news also for the first game that will debut soon in a renewed version on the Sony and Microsoft nextgen, and will soon receive its latest update entitled "On Final Approach". BUT I REPEAT, i don't know where they find the info about the release.
  15. As a player since 2015, and a car enthusiast, I have always thought that rovers were useful for the robotic exploration of a celestial body, especially after the "breaking ground" dlc. Unfortunately, I have always had problems with drift with rovers especially when breaking, even on Kerbin, I can understand these problems on moons like Gilly which has very low gravity, but watching video of the Moon Rover traveling on a celestial body which has 1/6 of the Earth's gravity sprinting around and not drifting like on ksp. I was wondering, do you think that in ksp2 the system with which the wheels will interact with various terrain and gravity will be revisited? here some footage of the moon rover: (PS. sorry for my bad english)
