  1. Looks good! So far the biggest gripe with the UI for me are the HUGE points of interest/vessels icons, that often clip into the celestial bodies, or cover them completely when planning interplanetary transfers. Hope it's being worked on!
  2. Yeah, I kind of figured so. Makes no sense to me since it's one of those quality of life changes that are supposed to help both veterans and novices, and thus would be beneficial to everyone. Not only that, but it doesn't really seem that difficult to implement? Especially since maneuvers can be plotted with non-physics timewarp, which demonstrates that the feature essentially already works somewhat, and should be expanded to 0x time warp. I know it's an oversimplification, but I still find it really odd that it's not in yet.
  3. This is an issue that has been bugging me since launch, and I'm a bit sad to see it's not been addressed yet. The bug is very simple, but I'm pretty sure the dev team is already aware of this: maneuver modes can't be created while paused. It would be really useful, especially in these two situations: 1. When coasting the second stage of a rocket before getting to orbit. This way you would have all the time you need to create a perfectly circular orbit using the maneuver tool without having time constraints. 2. When dealing with huge spaceships that cause a lot of lag. Since physics is paused time warp = 0, the lag is virtually absent, and the maneuver-making operations would be far more enjoyable and precise. Even Matt Lowne cited it as a great feature in the first 25 minutes of the ESA event (minute 23:11): I've included this link to prove that it's actually expected behaviour. It would be especially great for novices that still haven't familiarized with the maneuver planner tool.
  4. Every time I duplicate an assembly with a docking port or a Rottweiler part (these are the ones I observed, there may be more), they snap onto themselves for a second and get completely messed up. This seems to happen because when they unsnap, the rotation of the parts isn't mantained and they default to their original state. I'll include to very simple crafts to reproduce this behaviour. https://pastebin.com/SwJJAjmF (root part: nosecone) https://pastebin.com/R7pizzSB (root part: docking port) Steps: 1. Paste in the VAB 2. Duplicate the assembly by holding down ALT and then clicking on the root part 2.1 (only applies for the first craft): rotate the craft by hitting "S" twice 3. Move the assembly you just duplicated around the other assembly, making the nodes interact with each other 4. Place down the almost unrecognizable new assembly. Images: https://imgur.com/a/GX1LnWq I would be really happy to see this fixed as it made building complex motherships with rovers and landers attached an incredibly tedious chore.
  5. I was trying to use a VTOL plane I had flown just fine before, and now it's impossible to turn off the engines. Note that it worked fine on the previous patch. This seems to happen on Wheesley engines when they are obstructed. I'm going to include an extremely simple, 4-part craft that I made in 30 seconds to test this behaviour yourself. https://pastebin.com/twKS5XZg Steps to reproduce: 1. Paste the craft in the VAB 2. Launch 3. Enable the engine 4. Disable the engine This affects all action groups that toggle/disable the engine. Images: https://imgur.com/a/YckR918
  6. Nice! Can't wait to try it! Keep up the good work!
  7. Oh alright, my bad. I think I read somewhere those were the controls, since the stock ones didn't work for me. Here's a quick demonstration: I'm 100% certain this is user error, but I really don't understand what went wrong. Thank you.
  8. https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhDJaPIsRID_5ztlJ5a9wndG5rwP?e=Cwc1nm Are these the logs you're talking about? I installed both your dependencies and the mod. It shows up but whenever I do ALT+[Number] nothing happens. Either I'm stupid and I don't understand the controls for this mod, or it's not working. Thanks
  9. Hi, I'm sorry if this has already been asked. I'm on the latest KSP version, and I have installed BetterTimeWarp along with its dependencies ClickThroughBlocker and ToolbarControl. As far as I understand in orrder to install a mod you simply have to drop its folder in GameData. All three mods show up in the GUI, but for some reason when I do "Alt+(whatever number appears in the menu)" to warp in space, nothing happens. What am I missing?
