Same thing happening to me, I thought at first it was because I attached the Docking Port to a piston to extend it, but now everything I dock to the station gets stuck. If I stay focused on the craft or within render, no issues undocking if it was recently docked. But if I go off screen or if I go to the Space Center, anything docked at the time is now bugged. Messed up like 4 of my missions at the same time.
