[Howdy, Dad and Son Discovering Space Flight the Hard Way]

Hi y'all,

 

Me and my boy (8) have been discovering space flight the hard way with KSP. It's fun, but also not easy! There's a little problem that's coming up: The tutorials (training section) are broken! They ask for modules that no longer exist, or have impossibly stringent restrictions on the flight path to be taken. They are impossible! Please for the love of the great spaghetti monster let someone who has the knowhow to fix it run through the training with a fine comb and make sure they are at least possible to complete again.

Between just random experimentation and some YouTube exploration we have managed to learn how to get to orbit and back. But beyond that is beyond us..
