Edit I: I re-installed the latest version from github, now i got a warning while loading KSP, that the Version of toolbar is unsupported and I should use Version 1.2. Edit II: Nevermind, I fixed it.

Hello, I have a problem to get BTW running. I installed the mod and all dependencies, but this time warp button doesn't show up in the flight scene nor in the toolbar.
