if i put ammo on the carrier, will the refuel system draw from that to reload ammo?

when i do this, the only dll file with redist is the one that makes tweakscale work

would it be possible to change the details on the tail to an actual airline by changing the texture? for example, what would i have to put in to make it the Hawaiian airlines logo
