  1. <strike>So I click view map, and nothing happens. I have two satellites in orbit around Kerbin at roughly circular orbits between 130 and 180 Km. They each have power, one only has a scanner, and one has a scanner and the MapTraq. Any advice?</strike> Nevermind! I looked at the tutorial images and got it. D'oh!
  2. It's not a mess, Dirk, it just needs a little re-working and addition. Remember we're still in beta and this is the first release with any R&D. I've been having a blast with the R&D system and I think most others have too.
  3. I'm having a bit of trouble with the Sputnik II mission. The minimal time is in red and is counting UPWARDS instead of DOWNWARDS. Have I goofed somehow? Everything else is green. I have all the necessary equipment, am in the right orbital range. Only thing I could think of is that I run out of power on the darkside for a little while, does that matter? Edit, I'm an idiot! Ignore this. My problem was reading the format that the time is in. I thought it said: Minimal time: 04h:23m:45s counting up. It's actually Minimal time: 04h: :23m:45s with the second grouping counting up to the 04h mark. Thanks anyway.
  4. For every person that complains loudly there are 10 of us quietly enjoying your amazing mod. Thanks for the hard work!
  5. This way I can easily reconfigure it for say, Minmus, with very little effort.
  6. KAO! What's the purpose of that probe, and how did it attach to it's launcher?
  7. The one screenshot of the whole thing is backlit. Can we get a good daytime screenie?
  8. So this means that .17.1 is due out soon, right? I can't wait. I've been unable to play due to the issues with .17
  9. BloodyRain2k, That's my point exactly. The MMI team would have to make sure dipping into Jool makes a net fuel profit, at least at certain altitudes.
  10. You'd either have to scoop one time really deep (i.e, fast as hell), or long times at high altitude, using fuel to maintain a stable orbit. For balance, they'd have to make sure that the amount of fuel you use would be less than what you'd get from the scoop, or else it would be pointless. Awesome, but pointless. You could also start from a highly eccentric orbit and get all your scooping done in several passes, spending potential, and then leave at your leisure. Heck, with docking you could have one very small, low drag ship do all the collecting, and have a processor/tanker mothership that never has to dive that low.
  11. Question regarding the last bug in the list: "Kethane mod, mechjeb, and ISAMAPSAT may be interfering with each other and..." gamekilling: If I only use one mod per ship, will that solve the problem? If so, I think I actually like only allowing one per ship any way. Keeps me with stuff to do.
