[1.12.3] Restock - Revamping KSP's art (Feb 25)

Does anyone know if its possible to load only certain Restock models? I would really like a version of restock that doesnt change the parts that squad have redone them selves. Not a huge fan of the large srb models or swivel/reliant models.
