  1. I tried doing the Historical Replica Challenge, but sort of failed with the design! I had around 30 minutes for the assembly, mission and editing, so it's pretty janky. Though I will not submit this craft for the challenge, I'll be sure to try again, possibly with smaller tanks and engines and a bit more realistic design! Anyways, I recorded the launch and orbit so here you guys go! I also recommend you guys turn down the volume, since I couldn't make the music much quieter (I don't have Premiere and AE on this PC :C) but I promise I will make it better next time! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UqiCHcsMZQ
  2. Welcome welcome welcome!!! Always great to have new test sub- I mean kerbonauts on board!!
  3. That's the spirit!! Happy flying!!
  4. Aww you guys are too nice! Also @CytauriKerbal you can just call me milm!
  5. @BodyHacking Sorry for the late reply, I just got home! Elite is a one-of-a-kind experience, meaning that it's a really hard game to master, and it's something that many people don't like, because of it's complexity and learning curve. The way I started was doing trading errands. You can't really go wrong with trading, and once you gain enough reputation you can do more complicated tasks, or even bounty hunting. What I'd recommend is that you hit up the Commodity market and see what sells where, check if it's close to you and do the task. I don't quite remember what's the fuel ammount each ship has, but you shouldn't do long distance ones since you can get stranded in deep space, which is not really good. How to use the aforementioned website: Select the "I want to sell" button Select the commodity that is in the delivery order Select the star system you're in Order by distance Get going Or you can start mining, which I'd rather not explain since there are many videos online, and I'd be typing for a week. For the joystick, yes most sticks work with the game. You do have to map the ludicrous ammount of buttons and functionalities the game has, if you want to operate your ship that is. Hope I helped, and if you need any more help be sure to ask, but next time make sure it's a private message, since this is a KSP forum! Happy flying!
  6. Eve done as well! Now time for the big green ball.
  7. After a long day at school, I got myself a nice cup of coffee and I sent a satellite to Duna. I also got hired by the company I wanted to work at for a while now so today couldn’t get any better!!!
  8. Beautiful screenshots, @Blufor878! I have to ask, are those RCS thrusters on the booster that push them backwards? Also what is that booster-ejection-formation (I don’t know the right term), because I heard people call it something special sounding.
  9. The prospect of doing a successful mission, only for it to end with me slamming face first into the ocean scared me, so I wanted to make sure I'd be fine.
  10. Final landing for today. Having too much fun!! Managed to recover the whole vessel as well!!
  11. I just did my first Duna landing!! C:
  12. Hi there! My name is milm, and I got into KSP around a month ago! I love space and I was getting bored of Star Citizen and Elite Dangerous, and I knew there was a game like this, so I thought I'd give it a whirl, and now I'm addicted, I can't wait fo KSP 2. So yeah I'd love to be involved with community stuff, and I can't wait to talk with you guys! The image you can see here is of my first planted flag on the beautiful Mun!!
