When saving a build in the VAB, and reloading that file later, parts of the rocket are often displaced, misaligned, or failing in any other way than they were constructed. This is a game breaking issue, and I cannot imagine how real complicated clipped artwork (as we know from true KSP1 engineers) will ever function if this is not fixed. (ATM I'm only fitting parts which do not interfere, and not even this works reliable, 50% of my builds are broken when I try to retrieve them later).

In the FAB parts manager, the extra large parachute Mk16-XL is depicted with the "SM" tag.
