KSP Version: 0.1.1.0.21572
Replicate: Use multiple pairs of docking ports to ensure that a craft assembled in orbit is rotation aligned along the Z axis (where X is horizontal and Y vertical and Z extends nose to tail along the craft)
Expected: Both docking port pairs dock, leaving the two craft perfectly aligned.
Observed: Only one pair of docking ports docks, the other is mis-aligned.
