What\'s a good method to time your burn to meet min,us. Adjusting the angle is no problem but timing has alwase been the most difficult for me is KSP. For the mun I imagine it is at 3 on a large clock and aim for about 12-1. If possible would someone be able screenshot there map view of this injection?

After much trial and error I finally brought them home.

The Delta II This rocket is more then capable of landing on the moon. Plenty of fuel remaining for lunar injection and low altitude retro burn saving on lander fuel. 2 Stage Lander (Decent & Ascent) Still working on the return trip still need some practice pics soon.

Just tested your method and works well i suggest keeping a eye on your escape path and speed. I have tried to hit the moon for about a hour now with no success but I am getting closer. One thing I noticed is you gotta plan your escape path to meet the moon where it will be and not where it is now.
