As far as I know, there are a few open plots on Eastern Island, and the new island is completely open. But you'll have to talk to nothke about get a plot for sure. You might as well start working now, as I don't see why you wouldn't get a plot.

You'll have to talk to the the dev, but a lot of the people who previously reserved plots haven't really been active on here so you could get their plots. Just keep working on what you're making in the mean time.

No, it was in an old plot I had worked on when I was less experienced. I threw it and then made this current version, however I could probably add a Zokesia sign back onto one of the buildings if you would like.

It really depends on If the creator comes back to it, he put it on hiatus because of lack of activity a little while ago. If we can bring back the interest then it could get going again.
