  1. Oh ill try that, and i was just about to post the dxdialog, do you still need that? - - - Updated - - - Thanks sal_vager! That worked!
  2. sorry i was gone for a month, but yeah. I just tried changing the cfg file. still nothing.
  3. Hi guys, sorry if this has been posted else where, but i don't think they solve my particular problem. My problem is that when I had my KSP purchase on the website and downloaded KSP, PPFX worked. Then I moved my purchase to steam and now when I start the game I can't turn on PPFX. It's not a big deal but i would like to have it work again... It looked sweet. Ty for your help LickableIce - Licking Eeloo for days.... :P :P :P :P :P
  4. HEY EVERYBODY!! ARE YOU READY FOR SOMETHING NEW? SOMETHING ORIGINAL?? SOMETHING NEVER THOUGHT OF IN THE HISTORY OF HISTORY'S MOTHER?!?!?!? WEEELLLLL, It's not here. BUT, something else is. It's here, right off the assembly line (no joke only 2 test flights, one failure, one success) and I flew it half asleep. Then again this thing got crazy and woke me up every 5 seconds. That's a good thing! Yeah! A good thing, it keeps you hot *snaps* on your toes *snaps* where you gotta be *snaps*. Anyway back to the thing. Can you guess? I'll give you a hint, it flies! Yeah, a personal first for me and I don't mean to brag buuuuuuut, I don't think you will be able to get this thing to fly like I did. No seriously, weight distribution during takeoff is horrible, there is so little fuel you can only get into a 80km orbit MAX, also you have to remember to max out the R.A.I.P.E.R engines before re-powering them. But you can't spell Kerbal Space Program without crazy! (Don't check, I did it for you.) And if you do get it flying and land it safely, pat yourself on the back and do it all again because it was the funnest thing you have ever done. (Yes I said funnest - DEAL WIT IT.) The Simbolocity (Pronounced Simbo-Locity Like Symbolic Velocity) will be your best friend, I guarantee it. INSTRUCTIONS: LAUNCH: 1.) Turn on SAS and RCS. 2.) Close Air Intakes. 3.) Full throttle and launch. (Try to keep the shuttle steady.) 4.) Roll upside down to desired direction. (Space Shuttle Style). 5.) Eject SRBs and External Fuel Tank as needed. 6.) Create an orbit. RETURN: 1.) Turn of main rocket. 2.) Set full power on R.A.I.P.E.R. Engines and switch them back to Automatic Switching. Open Air Intakes. 3.) Point retrograde and burn steadily. 4.) Come into the atmosphere at about 20 degrees higher than prograde. 5.) As speed decreases, adjust attitude down. 6.) Land as a heavy and unwieldy plane. 7.) Pat yourself on the back. (YOU BETTER DO IT. I WILL KNOW IF YOU DON'T. I WILL FIND YOU AND I WILL PAT YOU DOWN.) Tip: If you can, keep the plane going high speeds, it likes that and will behave better. You are allowed to edit the plane to whatever you need. (Including a docking port...) You are allowed to repost, just give credit. PHOTO OPS: http://imgur.com/a/lF3ao TANK CHU. And I love you all, especially you. Yes, I am crazy and I need help. DOWNLOAD: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tmqg15p9wvxsxn6/Simbolocity.craft
  5. Yeah... Flag planting in the game is pretty random... You just have to place it and hope for the best
  6. 1. Your fuel levels are probably not equal. Try checking those. 2. I have no idea, nothing has happened to me yet.
  7. Did any of you try the "Recover" button in the Tracking station? Thats how you get kerbals back.
  8. also you can use wings (since you said you were using parachutes) to angle the craft and land even softer like a plane.
  9. You could get out and push. You're far enough away that it might actualy work, just remember to get back in the ship and refuel eva packs
  10. Hmm... i haven't tried it, but is the dead spacecraft's port magnitized? If not, then yeah its gone.
  11. Actually yeah those are Saver-s engines, but i dont have a good computer so i was using a low resolution... :/
  12. Finnaly I have created a [semi] stable Blackbird that travels extreamly fast. Only three mods required: B-9 areospace and FAR - areodynamic fixes. Modded parts are the engines, the flaps, and the wings (P.wings) The FAR mod is to let it fly far, fast and "smothly". I will try to post updates. INSTRUCTIONS: 1- Full throtle 2- Press space and engage engines 3- Go full speed and take off using the end of the runway. (Trim may be needed) 4- Fly to 15k - 20k For extreame mach speeds (Hypersonic speeds) LANDING: 1- Cut engines 2- Safely glide to a lower altitude 3- Make sure to keep speed above ~85 m/s to keep nose up 4- When about 500m away from the LZ and cut engines once more. 5- Glide to a soft landing (less then 90 m/s and vertical speed < 10 m/s). First flight with the plane: **Flight with out the flaps and landed on the land mass directly east of KSP** On the second flight in 14 mins I was able to fly to the island and fly back to KSP, but i forgot to take a SS. D: **WARNING**: never tested with the air brakes, if plane is unstable then take off flaps. DOWNLOAD: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zj7lrtaggssgcon/Lockheed%20SR-71%20Blackbird.craft
  13. im not going to be able to buy the game for a while but i will keep posting on topics of kerbal space program
