  1. That\'s a let down for me, but oh well. Still liking 0.16
  2. Anyone got any help for me? Still can\'t seem to find it in my components list. It\'s weird, I put it in my 0.16 Part folder. I figured it out, was looking in the wrong place.
  3. Hey guys, for some reason when I put these in my Parts the Crew Tank doesn\'t work. It just doesn\'t show up in any of my tabs.
  4. Well we don\'t know what the final product price is, but I assume it could reach $100 in theory, but I think a realistic expectation is $60, depending on what type of content is added in the future.NOTE: We as in the public, the powers that be (Developers) may know what the projected pricing is, but I believe they aren\'t going to tell us.
  5. Don\'t you mean after smashing the control panel multiple times and accidentely traveling through a wormhole?
  6. Hey guys, hopefully more then just the regulars get to see this. There has been reports that the team behind Kerbal Space Program have been sending out e-mails informing us that the price of KSP is going to be going up very soon, hopefully with the launch of Patch 0.16. What does this mean for us who have already purchased? As more then likely stated in the e-mail, nothing. If you have already purchased KSP you own it and you will not be required to repay at any time with updates. When you purchase the game for how ever much you paid you essentially own KSP and with that free updates for the life of the product development. For those of you on the fence about purchasing Kerbal Space Program and are wondering why you seen the price all of a sudden sky rocket up to a new digit, as stated on the about page here, the team behind Kerbal Space Program have put into place a plan of action which allows you to invest in the development of the game as well as pre-order it. You can donate any amount towards the development but you have to pay a certain amount or above to officially own the game. At the current time of this message the game is currently going at $15.00 (USD), which means if you \'donate\' $15.00 you automatically \'pre-order\' the game, and with that you receive the current version available (At the time of this message it is 15.2). With the next update in the pipeline they are expecting the total amount to be $18.00 (USD). So, if you do not currently own Kerbal Space Program and you would like to save about $3.00 (USD) it would be to your best advantage to purchase the game now. During the development of KSP the price will gradually increase so if you are on the fence about purchasing the game but enjoy it, I suggest that you purchase it now so you may get a discount off of the final product. 'Is it worth it?' - That question can only truly be answered by yourself. At this current time the Demo version is 13.X and it only includes a handful of components to build with and it only supports certain modifications which are limited in function. If and when you purchase Kerbal Space Program you are granted access to which ever version that is available, which at the time of this message is 0.15.2, and with that version comes more components, celestial bodies, and factories. At this current time there is the \'Vehicle Assembly Building' (VAB) which is available in the Demo but there is also the \'Space Plane Hangar\' (SPH) and the \'Tracking Center\'. With that you can run multiple missions at the same time. With the added components you are allowed access to an increased amount of mods ranging from Parts to Plug-ins. In my opinion it is highly worth it and it is possibly one of the best investments I have made, and to boot it only costed me $15.00 when the final product may cost $100.00. I\'m not sure if there are any threads out there with the sole intention to supply information, just questions. I thought it might be best to make a thread that can hopefully be kept up to the top to answer some questions. If this doesn\'t really answer any questions, my apologies.
  7. Ah, I was more so talking about Altitude lowering when I was referring to a pull to the surface. I had a thin grasp that Orbiting is essentially falling but missing the ground. I should\'ve been more specific, aye?
  8. I jump, gravity pulls me down. All I care to know. I never really was interested fully in Space travel and what not like that and am learning slowly. My \'school\' education is a little low, everything I know is self taught or tutor taught.. I\'m behind a lot on Science.
  9. Ah okay, makes sense. I\'ll try it out. I just did a Shuttle Launch which carried two PowerTech Sats to the Mun. Upon takeoff I lifted until the Gravity Turn and aprox 3 seconds after the SRB\'s disengaged which automatically fell to the earth. I got to approx 90,000 before releasing the Orange Tank (I forget the name) and began coasting to the Apoasis. I continued to watch the Trajectory of the Orange Tank and watched it as it should automatically turn down into Kerbin and it eventually crashed into the water. At this point I had no other jettison events so I orbitted a full circle and went on my way to the Mun. I deployed both Sats after about 2 days in full orbit to give them some space. I made my way back manually and am currently orbitting Kerbin, awaiting \'clearance\' for landing.
  10. A.) I\'m a few dozen levels below amateur! XDB.) What did you just say? O_O. XD C.) There isn\'t really a C.
  11. I really hate games with Time Limits. I\'m okay with Oxygen Levels, pressurization, mechanical failures, etc.. but please do not time me when doing something. I hope they don\'t have Time Limit events, if they do they should have an option to do it without one, so we don\'t miss out on fun things just because some of us hate a time limit on things. It gets very frustrating when you finish it .01 too late.
