  1. Well i like when my kerbals die, because of my mistakes. Also makes a fun game, when i have to rescue them ASAP, despite horrible transfer window :P. My reasoning is simple -without an open space, a kerbal can go mad, but without supplies he has to die. Maybe add a hibernation option, where kerbal will loose stats, but he can basically go half a year without supplies. After all kerbals are amphibian creatures? They surely can hibernate.
  2. I've set my kerbal to die when running out of supplies, but i've left making them grumpy when the hab time runs out. The problem is -they become tourist when hab time runs out, but they won't die when the supplies will end. When i change them to die when the hab time runs out they die, but that's not what i wanted...   3. RoverDude, thanks for great mod. I have a question. Why does text in some entries in KSPedia is cut? For example the "Habitation" text ends at "after 100". It's not screen resolution, because there's a scroll option. So what is it, and how to fix that?
  4. It says you can transfer energy wirelessly up to 1000m. I tried that with various stuff and it seems it dont work. Tried proximity transfer without targeting, with targeting. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/0-18-demv-mk-5-ant/ Anyone can help? I have a stuck rover that i want to recharge and bring back to base.
  5. I need a spaceship that can easily land on Jool moons, even the hardest one to land, with a plenty of fuel for midcourse corrections and landing. Doesn't matter if modded or stock parts, just place spacecraft file and tell me what mods you use. It seems that all ships i design can reach Jool moons but can't land on them, especially on Laythe.
  6. Try with mechjeb, it seems to burn retro at the last couple of seconds. That's a huge + for fuel efficiency. I have a one ship currently orbiting Tylo, no fuel for landing.

  8. Inward like the center of orange part of navball? So down through a perpendicular vector to the sun surface, that start in the ship and end at sun surface?
  9. I don't understand. By saying inward you mean a 0 point direction[going upward from orbiting body]? I found that best phase angle for Duna is 40.
  10. So if i arrive too late i should start prograding burn when phase angle is lower than protractor values, right?
  11. Im trying for like 2 days and landed just once on that friggin planet. I have enough of this, im using protractor and its useless, i always arrive too late at intercept point. What phase angle and ejection angle are you using guys?
  12. Mine can drive 80m/s that's not 80km/h. But still Jeb is happy to drive a race cart
  13. Eve has different inclination, so i suppose mechjeb can't handle that.
