  5. Slower the pace less change to actually finish the game. Squad needs steady income of money to keep development running. Steady income comes by new players only and longer it takes to finish less potential buyers there is for final product because everybody got the alpha. And less interest there is to actually finish this game. I see multiplayer as a start of something like this

  7. I was spoiled by morrowind. Is there any mod to remove the "leveling up makes you weaker thing"?
  8. I don't think this game will ever be ready. Squads vision is simple. Keep the game alpha forever to counter any critic and keep pumping up money to make a living. Current playerbase is saturated and no more sales happen. Multiplayer is simple to expand playerbase and in some time we will see also combat mode.

  10. Playerbase saturated. Moneyflow stopped. So potential new players are in control. Old ones already paid. I wish next version would be 1.0 and "KSP II" alpha would start. Then i could pay again and squad didn't need to fish new players outside of original target group by pressing "emergency multiplayer" button
  11. Minecraft was fun single player. Multiplayer is all about who got biggest diamond pick. I don't see any fun in multiplayer. I don't want anybody in my game to generate lag. I think squad is getting blinded from their own success. They are kicking out people who seems to have better skills and ideas than their own. (Nova parts, http://pastebin.com/3vvjushy) I hope some spinoffs will emerge.

  17. I usually make an mun flyby to solar orbit and right back. Slinshot from the mun so you barely escape Kerbins SOI and burn right back when science is done. Can be made easily as second mission right after you take samples and eva reports from the launchpad and KSP. No need to actually fly at first mission. Second mission. Make rocket with three goo canisters. Make eva reports and goo observations at high mun, low mun and solar orbit. Crew report from solar orbit. Return to Kerbin.
  18. This is how i make my "Orange Monster" launchers which are very efficient at putting ridiculous things to orbit. The launcher rarely fails usually it is the payload or its attachment. Skinny "Orange Monster" ready to throw tanker into LKO If you look carefully this picture you see all important connections. Formula goes-> 4-2-1 To put 1 orange tank and some crap to orbit youll need about 4 orange tanks with mainsail to vertical ascent stage 2 orange tanks with mainsail to gravity turn stage 1 orange tank with mainsail to orbital insertion stage Scaled up "Orange Monster" 1050t to LKO
