What are the parts directly above the liquid engines?

Unless he placed the fuel tanks on top of the reverse tricoupler, as opposed to placing the tricoupler under the fuel tanks.

I've always wondered if this would be possible. Never even thought of using the flare. Will definitely try it out later.
