  1. Holy crap thats some nice looking parts! cant wait to see them in action
  2. Would it be possible to change the CIWS's firing paramaters via a context menu when right clicked with a kerbal? For example, shoot anything that doesnt have a certain IFF, only shoot things that have a hostile IFF, or a safety mode where it won't shoot at all, etc. That way people could customise them for their specific needs, particularly for when multiplayer happens. Cant wait to see where this mod goes.
  3. Just a quick question, how exactly do you go from raw data in the logs to the graphs? I can get a graph using excell, but it isn't really helpful. What sort of settings and such did you use for the example antimatter graph you put up?
  4. I just have to say, this looks simply amazing, I haven't been able to stop checking back just to see if anyone's even said anything on this thread since I found it this morning! Can't wait until there's a download!
  5. I'm not really sure at all, mainly just random guessing so don't quote me on anything, but I think that the planet would need to form normally, and then be structurally strong enough to withstand it being hollowed out somehow and filled with water. Maybe some sort of rock that makes up a large part of the planet that reacts with water as a catalyst to release hydrogen and oxygen to form water. Again, making up wild guesses from the top of my head here. Say if the water does in fact make up the core of a planet, then one thing I know for sure is that it won't have a molten core (unless you count water being molten ice ), so there will be no magnetic field, which I'm fairly sure is necessary for life, something about radiation or particles from the sun I think. So assuming I've got stuff right, which I really don't know in the first paragraph bit, you could have a water core, but not life like on Naboo. Maybe if the planet had a normal core, but massive cavern systems filled with water around it.
  6. Thats a nice looking replica, definitely one of the better ones I've seen. Just a tip, while a lot of engines is good for the aesthetics, if you activate them all, you're just gonna chew up all your fuel. Getting to the outer planets isn't a matter of having enough engines, its having enough fuel for your engines. The amount of fuel you have on there might be enough to get you to Eeloo and back, but i'd say it would be more likely to get you there if you only used, say, one engine cluster. Hope this helps
  7. Yes, same here. I saw the animations on youtube and it would be an awesome thing to have ingame
  8. Yeah, a megathread would be really helpful, it *should* take away some of the hassle of people who either don't use the search function or when it can't find what you need. I might make a start on it later today, I've got some homework to do now
  9. Having a look at the dates and what versions were out, I think I made my original account a week or two after the most recent forum backup XD You're gonna have to do better than that if you wanted to get rid of me Anyway, just for anyone who's interested, I'm back now! I'm using the same name (sans underscores I think, can't remember now XD) as I was before, so maybe someone will remember me... or not, whichevers good. Also, I noticed that the spacecraft exchange is a bit empty of .19 crafts, so I'm going to upload an old one of mine, the Z-10 Falcon ODI (once I've reworked it), and a new one that I've been working on the last couple of days, codenamed Project Zeus. Sal, I know you usually read these so I'm just going to ask you here (and you're kinda the only mod who's name I can remember XD), but is there any need of a big compilation thread of ideas from before the forum issues, just so that we don't have to start that one all over again. If so, let me know, I'd be happy to help out in some way Thanks guys TheZofDeath
