that would actually take time (and is therefore counterproductive)
Maybe only a screenshot during an ingame test would be sufficient

I know that right now all of the Squad members are working for the beautiful .20 update and they don't have physical time to make streams but why not to send us some pics every 3-4 days instead of stream?
It would be really nice

Oh My god. This is epic. Tomorrow i will try it.

I put a little bare-bones probe (no RCS or other engines) in a 3.5k "stable" orbit, only to find it was losing 1 metre of altitude every 5 seconds. Needless to say it was a short expedition.
So it's pratically like in reality? I like it.

Deceptively simple challenge go as far as you can using only 1.25 m parts
Use any mod you wish but they have to be 1.25m parts from launch to return. Also you have to list your mods as well.
You can rescale stock parts but you have to downgrade everything by the same factor. No 1.25 m tanks with 10000000 units of fuel
Person that gets to the furthest body with the most kerbals in a single trip wins.
1pt per Kerbal in system
2pt per Kerbal Landed
2x points for returning them to Kerbin
2x for stock only parts.
1x for
mun and minmus
2x points for
Duna, Ike and Eve,
3x
Moho and Jool system
4x
Dres, Gilly
5x
Laythe, Vall
6x
Tylo, Bop, Pol,
10x
Eeloo
So landing 2 kerbals on the mun and returning them to Kerbin would give you 8 points, 4 for getting them there and 2x4 for their return.
My first sad attempt got 4 kerbals to lathe and none survived landing. 20pts
I used Remote Tech, NovaPunch, Quantum strut and FASA Mercury mods. I also scaled down the Crew Cabin by half.
It is not cheating?
I could rescale also mainsail and the Jumbo tank no?

Epic!
(blblblb ten characters)

We need bigger and gimballing SRB like for the STS or the Are I project...

Laythe! (or Duna )

Until you consider trying to do that with a fully assembled Saturn V, and you quickly find that it's logistically easier to leave it upright and s-l-o-w-l-y roll it to the pad.
The N1 also was moved horizontally to the launch pad and it was bigger than SV (...yes it exploded, but it was problem of engineering )

The crawler transport together the rocket and the MLP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_Launcher_Platform) which is where the rocket is launched.

“Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.â€Â

Actually it looks more like a Metal Gear than an Iron Man suit

Is the quantum transfer a mod or something?
yes, it allow you to transfer fuel without docking
-
Now do Ares 2
Maybe do you mean Ares IV or V (or also the SLS Block II) ?
-
Right click on first tank, ALT+Right Click on second tank et voilà, you have the transfer options!

To try my lander usally i use 2 methods:
1)Try it on Kerbin, if it can land on Kerbin it can land anywhere
2)Use HyperEdit to test it directly on the planet/moon

Why the Auto-Stage of Ascent Autopilot works also when the Autopilot is deactivated?
-
Look amazing that tug!

Collectors edition! With Kerbal Figurine!
OMG. Please Squad.

Maybe a thing that i really want for next update (no the .20) is to have a upscaled planet just for a visual effect. Look how earth looks from orbit or from the ISS and now look how Kerbin looks from orbit...

No matter how good is your PC, after 600 parts it will lag anyway
