  1. You also can't see crew inside the V-DOS-B "Heart" without clicking on the door. You also can't see your Kerbal in the Almach Ballistic Module and TK-DC03A.
  2. CAPELLA Cargo and control block It seems the part has shrunk. No biggie. Deorbit can fix that.
  3. Anyone else have this? I have no other mods installed besides the two up for download here. Edit: There are other pieces missing acting the same way. The RCS ports are the most noticeable.
  4. It looks like the gear's wheels got stuck under the ground. That used to be a huge problem with larger craft in the older versions for me. I guess it's not completely gone yet. It's a bit of a bug, yes, but it's been around for however long the landing gear have existed.
  5. How do you change these then? I've been trying to use docking mode and can't see how to change the keys without changing making them mess with staging mode controls. I seriously need help here because docking mode was my preferred docking control set
  6. I had to login and say thanks for that fix. I was doing Gemini and Mercury styled flights all day and was frustrated by the constant babying of my re-entries. Thanks, this really helps a lot!
  7. True, but Novapunch's parts used to have a degree of eccentricity to them. I've never really agreed with how they did it. KW Rocketry has always done it right in my honest opinion. I'm a veteran player as well, though not as seasoned. I've only been playing since .18, but I'm no newbie. 3 meter parts would be great for massive fuel stores in space, seeing as Jumbo 64's only last so long in my experience. A massive fuel tank attached to a smaller refueling rig would look awesome and would've been quite the challenge to get up there. Really, 3 meter parts would be complete overkill, and I'd use them for massive missions to Eve or entire space station launches. Plus, one giant rocket with a Mun mission strapped to the top would look amazing. But yeah... it would be complete overkill.
  8. As the title states, where 3 meter parts asked before and or where they confirmed? Also, I don't if this fits here. This section that is. The true reason I'm asking is because they use larger than 3 meter and 3 meter tanks all the time in real life. The Orion Capsule is bigger than 3 meters and holds 4 crew, which is something I'd love to use in KSP. Plus, larger diameter parts are very practical and fairly epic, and stock KSP parts are my preference over modded parts. Sorry for dumping a possibly over asked question in a section that it probably doesn't belong in. Just wanted an answer.
  9. Wow! That was a lot of replies in a relatively short time. Thanks for the advice guys. I suppose I'll just have to adapt myself to tapping F. I already knew of fine controls but I'm not accustomed to those either.
  10. But my problem is it applies far to much torque for its own good. I re-position the craft to a node, for example, and it just moves right back to the same position, only this time it's a bit farther towards the node. I feel like the movement isn't as stiff as it should be while in space. Maybe my idea of physics is wrong, but again I just don't know.
  11. So I was excited for the new stabilizer system they implemented in .21. Not being required to turn off SAS ever again was a really nice idea. However, the stabilizer seems to only work on aircraft. Now this makes some amount of sense to me, as flying through an atmosphere does seem to keep a jet or airplane stable because of the air pushing down on the craft in all directions when its going mach whatever. But in space, it seems to supply too much force. When I which to change the position of the craft, it overshoots and goes back to nearly the original position. Of course, it only nudged slightly in the direction I wanted it to go. This makes me mess up very fine operations, such as orbital rendezvous. My friends often complain about this as well. I'd like like to know if this is intentional, or if I'm doing something very wrong. For now, this is a very minor issue. I'm not even slightly mad, just a tad annoyed and confused.
  12. I'm currently developing a Carpathia Industries war machine. The CSC Meduic. A brick like ship of over 300 parts, it will have 6 hades rockets and possibly a dozen smaller torpedoes. Ramming capabilities included but not recommended as the crew capsule is in the front of the ship. The ship can be plunged into the atmosphere of a planet and the Kerbals can survive because the crew capsule has safe descent hardware attached. Basically, if you don't want the ripped up bits of a ship, use RCS to deorbit and your crew will be fine after mashing the spacebar.
  13. Carpathia Industries Presents The Kerbin SOI Cruiser This spaceship is an unarmed, peacetime vehicle used for space travel within Kerbin's sphere of influence. Barely tested, and unlikely to even leave the atmosphere, this vessel may be used to transport at least 6 similar sized modules at one time to anywhere in your local planetary system. At 481 parts in the VAB, lower end machines WILL lag and higher end machines might be able to handle it. Mods used: Mechjeb2-2.0.8.0 (I haven't looked for a newer version but upgrading should be possible) A custom part of mine that is included in the download. Thanks to the Part Generator. In all honesty, I really don't see much use for this vehicle. I just thought the good people of KSP would enjoy a battle cruiser type craft that could serve a purpose if refined a bit. It definitely requires some tweaking, maybe a little bit of a complete redesign, and some love:D. Inspiration: I dunno. Wanted to build a big ol' cruiser thing:P. 14. I suppose I'm really just confused of as to how they're going to do it. How could they tell that I've bought the game? Maybe a little system of entering your game key from Steam and gaining access to a list of downloads. But, I'm not Squad so I can't tell.
