59 missions so far. Been bumping up and down from 60 since I'm trying to make a SSTO space plane to work.

The first place I did a successful docking was around Minmus. Due to the fact one can have slower orbital speeds and smaller orbits. Two things to remember. Have a nuke battery and head lights facing away from the docking port on your docing craft. Second make sure you have a lot of RCS fuel and set up the docking controls to your liking.

All major planets except Eeloo have a probe around them. Eve and Kerbin all have probes around their moons. Hence my siggy has all the stuff I have Duna so far. -

Yeah. For large things one would need a lot on the ends and certainly don't epect it to turn on a dime. Edit: Ends I mean the outer edges farthest from the center of the universe. Errr. I mean tank.

Read a book. Yes. You know that thing with symbols on something called paper and or chat on RSI chat forums while I burn with Ions.

I went inwards and outwards. Goal was Moho. But, mostly to get a comm sat around every planet and moon out there. Long lasting goal is Eeloo just so I can have my deep deep space Ion drive Probe ready to be launched out of system when and if we ever get new systems to explore. By the time it does happen. I might have a ring of them in orbit.

For the panels. You will need to have the angel snap set to circle as the hex would try to attach to the green attachment circle. -
You forgot to add mentally or physhically to the polls.

Makes me sad that there is a lack of stock boat / sub parts, that is a batch to fly a plane and not enough parts usable for stations. Like a gym for the poor kerbals to brake a sweat in.

Glad that you liked it. Also have fun exploring Kerbin as well. There is a nice little surprises right outside the launch pad. Juat have to hunt for them. =^.^= More coffee? Edit: Oh yeah. You can build stock part boats too. Just use Jet engines as they give the best thrust and have the most fuel. Otherwise boat part mods that use electricity are a must.

I would love to leave it up in orbit. Just my lap top hates it so I have to disable it completely. Otherwise I would be using the lazer mod I have to blow the bitz up.

Well. If you want simple simple. Build a boat / rover using just stock parts and explore Kerbin as there are quite a few goodies to be found. I do suggest getting a mod that has boat parts that needs just electricity to run. Jet powered ones do work. But, then you need a way to resupply them. Unless you don't mind cheating and giving them fuel. Like others said. Gettting in orbit consistantly as well as being able to dock in space is a challange alll in itself. Before thinking of going and exploring other planets or müns.

What is the Skipper good for?

I like using skipper as it cuts down on the number of parts, have problems doing the tri-engine on orange tanks, and it is nice for crafts under 50 tons which is the heaviest I have made so far. -

That would be nice too. I think the Kerbals in orange suits are orange. But, I have yet to EVA one. Would be great if there was an easy way. -
I have entered the water under 7 m/s safely. Just depends on the length of the boat and direction one enters the water. Shorter is better as it will less likely brake things of when entering the water. Also suggest getting one of the mods that has boat parts that use electricity to avoid using jet engine to produce thrust as the fuel does not last forever and it can be a pain in the buns to refuel without cheating more fuel in. This is my first boat attempt with stock parts only. As you can see it can drive on land as well as refuel while in the water. The plane in the background I had fun landing that in the water.

Oh yeah. It is the same for the space craft exchange for myself too. Cannot add parts where I want to even when it has done the same before. Dislike all the fighting with it just to build my ships. -

Here ist mine: Been up for 29 years, 324 days 21+ hours and will brake that some time later today. Tis a come sat doing its job. At least it thinks it is. -
I just might have to name mine.. Instead of using just KSP since I have a flag and all.

@Naten: Might try it when I get the chance to and I do have an Ion engine as that was my first attempt and was to lazy to remove the panels from the ant version. Thank all to those who tried it out. Wish the other site would accept my craft file. But, they just plain hate me for some reason...
