Yeah- something I didn't really think of. I never really considered that if typical physics are programmed properly, it should be a natural consequence. Cheers! -

Thanks- don't know why I didn't try that. Found a few results- not many were absolutely conclusive, but the general consensus is that it is simulated in KSP. -
I have been wondering this, as it would add another level of detail to planning orbital maneuvers. Cheers!
